We start with free search and available record checks. Paid inspection, reservation, and full payment come later, only when the car looks reasonable enough to continue.
The flow is intentionally staged. Each paid step has a reason, and each step should reduce uncertainty before the next payment.
01
Check
You tell us what car you are looking for
Share the model, year, budget, mileage, fuel type, preferred condition, and destination country.
02
Check
We search and compare available options
We help with the car search and narrow the list to vehicles that can realistically be checked and exported.
03
Check
We confirm availability with the dealer
Before moving further, we check whether the car is still available and whether the listing details still match.
04
Check
We check records before paid inspection
We review public records, dealer information, accident or paint history, mileage, documents, and general condition.
05
Inspect
If the car looks clean on paper, we arrange inspection
A third-party inspector can visit the car in Korea and provide photos, videos, and condition notes where available.
06
Inspect
If inspection is good, we reserve the car
Reservation happens only when the car is acceptable and the buyer decides to proceed.
07
Pay
After reservation, we issue the full payment invoice
The invoice and payment details are shared after the car is selected, checked, and reserved.
08
Pay
Full payment method is confirmed for the destination
Depending on the market and invoice terms, we confirm whether payment is made by international bank transfer or another accepted method.
09
Pay
After payment is received, we buy the car
Once funds arrive on the dealer/exporter side, the purchase is completed in Korea.
10
Export
We prepare Korean export documents
The export paperwork is prepared for shipment and handover to the buyer side.
11
Export
We deliver to Busan port and arrange shipping
The destination port is selected based on the buyer country, shipping mode, current vessel schedule, and total cost.
Payment stages
What is free, what is paid.
The buyer should always understand why a payment is requested, who receives the money, and what risk exists at that stage.
Car search and initial checks
Free
We do not ask for inspection payment until the car looks acceptable from available records and dealer information.
Physical inspection in Korea
120,000-150,000 KRW
Approximately 70-90 EUR depending on the exchange rate. Paid by the customer because the inspector charges for the visit regardless of purchase.
Reservation
1,000,000 KRW
Approximately 580 EUR. Usually valid for 7 days; if full payment is not received in time, the dealer may keep the reservation payment.
Full car payment
Invoice after reservation
The accepted payment method is confirmed before invoice, based on the destination market and commercial terms.
Different markets
Same checks, different strategy.
Korea-side due diligence stays consistent, but the shipping route, payment flow, import limits, and document handling can change by destination.
Other EU markets
The same checking logic, different import path
The search and inspection logic stays the same, but shipping route, documents, registration limits, and local taxes can differ.
We confirm destination rules before asking the buyer to proceed.
RoRo, container, or onward transport depends on the destination.
Vehicle age, emissions, and registration rules must be checked per country.
Middle East / Asia
Route and document requirements change by destination
Some markets are more sensitive to model year, steering side, certificate requirements, and port schedules.
We confirm the destination port and shipping method first.
Inspection and reservation still happen only after basic checks.
Document preparation is adjusted to the destination requirements.
Dealers and repeat buyers
Batch strategy can be different
For resale buyers, the work may focus more on sourcing speed, repeat models, margin checks, and shipment planning.
Multiple cars can change inspection and shipping priorities.
Container planning may matter more for batch purchases.
The same no-unnecessary-inspection rule still applies.
Romania example
Constanta can be checked for Romania
Romania follows the same staged process: search, records, optional inspection, reservation, invoice, export documents, and shipping.
Possible route: Busan port to Constanta port.
Payment method is confirmed before invoice.
Shipping mode: RoRo or container depending on the car, price, and vessel schedule.
Reservation: 1,000,000 KRW, usually valid for 7 days.
Destination ports
We choose the port around the market.
For each buyer, we check practical destination ports based on country, vehicle type, shipping mode, current vessel schedule, and total cost. The final route is confirmed before payment.
Western and Northern Europe
Often considered when the buyer needs onward delivery inside the EU.
The buyer can request company and car-specific information before payment. Some details depend on what the dealer and public records make available.

Questions
Buyer concerns, answered directly.
Do I pay before you check the car?
No. Car search and initial checks are free. We first review available records, dealer information, documents, mileage, and general condition.
When do I pay for inspection?
Only after the car looks acceptable on paper. If something looks suspicious before inspection, we will not ask you to pay for inspection unnecessarily.
Why does the customer pay inspection cost?
Physical inspection is a third-party service. The inspector charges for the visit regardless of whether the customer buys the car.
What happens if the inspection is bad?
We do not move to reservation. The goal of inspection is to prevent a bad purchase, not to push the buyer forward.
Is Romania the same as every other market?
No. Romania is only one example. Each market can require a different strategy, route, document set, and payment flow.
Next step
Start with the car, not with payment.
Send the car you want or browse current options. We check what is available before moving to inspection, reservation, or invoice.
